PetFlora provides plant toxicity information for general guidance purposes only. Nothing on this website or in our app constitutes veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified vet if you are concerned about your pet's health. By using PetFlora you agree that results are informational only and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional veterinary advice.

2. No liability

PetFlora and its operators accept no liability for any loss, injury, or harm to any animal or person arising from use of this service. Plant toxicity can vary depending on the quantity ingested, the size and health of the animal, and the specific variety of plant. The absence of a plant from our database does not mean it is safe.

3. Affiliate relationships

PetFlora may in future include affiliate links to third-party products and services. If we do, we will clearly label these links. PetFlora may earn a small commission if you purchase through an affiliate link, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our toxicity data or editorial content. We only link to products we consider relevant and appropriate for pet owners.

4. Acceptable use

PetFlora is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our plant toxicity database without permission
• Use automated tools to query the service in bulk
• Republish our toxicity data without clear attribution to PetFlora
• Use the service in any way that could mislead others about plant safety

5. Intellectual property

The PetFlora name, logo, and website design are the property of PetFlora. Our plant toxicity data is compiled and curated from veterinary literature — the selection, arrangement, and presentation of that data is copyright PetFlora. You may not use the PetFlora name or logo without prior written permission.

6. Privacy

PetFlora does not require you to create an account. Search queries may be logged anonymously to help us improve the service. We do not sell personal data to third parties. A full Privacy Policy will be published in due course. For any privacy queries, contact mark@petflora.co.uk.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of PetFlora after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
